Did you know that our thoughts move through our heads kinda like when you keep changing channels on the radio? Yea, that fast! Journaling can help get all those thoughts out and on paper so that you can quiet your brain enough to hear your true Inner Voice. Sit down with your journal and just write…whatever comes into your head. Eventually the junk will start to clear out and the real issues underneath will start to come through.
